Cancellation policy: Minimum 4 weeks notice. If inside this time deposit is refundable only if the unit is re-let, minus $15 administrative fee, alternatively the deposit can be held for a period of 6 months. No refund inside 7 days notice.
Cot & highchair hire - $10 each
$10 extra per person, per night (e.g. fold out couches/trundles)
Minimum 2 night stay on weekends

Strict No Party Policy
Schoolies groups are not accepted under any circumstances, with or without a responsible adult, at any time of year
All persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult
